Busy Bees at Cameron Grove is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to guide pedagogy, mentor educators, and embed high-quality practice across the service. This is a role for a leader who enjoys influencing teaching practice, strengthening reflective culture, and supporting teams to deliver meaningful learning outcomes aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

Your Impact

• Lead and embed high-quality pedagogical practice aligned with the EYLF and NQS

• Mentor and coach educators, supporting reflective practice and continuous improvement

• Support programming, assessment and documentation across rooms

• Contribute to QIP development and quality outcomes

• Build strong, professional relationships with educators, families, and leaders

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

• Demonstrated experience in an Educational Leader or senior educator role

• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and quality improvement processes

• Working with Children Check (Employee – NSW)

• A collaborative leadership style with confident communication skills
