Busy Bees at Williams Landing is seeking an experienced Full-Time Educational Leader to lead pedagogy, mentor educators, and strengthen high-quality practice across a large, dynamic service. This role is ideal for a proven Educational Leader who can confidently influence practice, support teams, and deliver strong outcomes aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

Your Impact

• Lead and embed pedagogical practice aligned with the EYLF and NQS

• Mentor and coach educators, strengthening reflective practice and consistency

• Partner with the Centre Director on curriculum, compliance, and QIP outcomes

• Guide programming, assessment and documentation across rooms

• Build strong professional relationships with educators, families, and leaders

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

• Demonstrated experience as an Educational Leader (essential)

• Strong working knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and quality improvement processes

• Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)

• Confident communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
