Our Roles

Educational Leader -   Our Educational Leader will lead the team in Pedagogy, ideally hold a Bachelor of Educaton or been working in high quality services for more than 1yr. You have a Pedological Leader supporting you within your role. You will be able to engage in quality professional development and work as a part of the UNA Kindy team engaging other services/ECT's to share the way to high level teaching practices.  UNA pays large bonuses for our Kindergarten Team along with 5 hrs. weekly and additional end of term of the floor planning time.

Cook - Our centre cook/chef will be able to deliver high quality meals to 59 children aged 6 weeks to 5yrs, you will understand dietary requirements and allergy requirements.  You will be able to document a compliant Food Safety Program.  You will work Monday to Friday starting at 7am.

What You Need

• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood/Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Educaton.
• Working towards Certificate CHC30121 Early Education and Care, achieved the Cert III or working towards Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Proven experience as an Lead Educator - for the lead role. 
• A nurturing, professional attitude
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to complete during induction)
• Blue Card (Paid)
• Safe Sleeping, Child Protection, and Food Safety certifications (or willingness to complete during induction)

About Our Centre

Una Dutton Park is a smaller service, it has 5 classrooms including 1 Kindergarten rooms, providing care for 59 children. With excellent facilities, natural outdoor environments, and fresh meals prepared daily by our in-house chef, we create enriching environments for both children and educators.

Our approach aligns with our guiding principles, ensuring that children experience nature, lead their own learning journey, and embrace diversity in a caring and wild-at-heart environment.
