Electronics Assembler

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler to join our team in Bibra Lake, WA. As an Electronics Assembler, you will play a vital role in assembling and manufacturing cutting-edge electronic products for our global client base. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our leading manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

• Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies to build complete products according to technical specifications and quality standards
• Perform soldering, wiring, testing and inspection tasks to ensure product functionality and reliability
• Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain efficiency and safety in the manufacturing process
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects, implementing corrective actions as required
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the manufacturing process

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related manufacturing role
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with electronic components, tools and assembly techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and work instructions
• Excellent dexterity, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to learn new skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work area
