About the Opportunity
Bolton Clarke is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to join a purpose-driven team and support leaders across a diverse workforce. This is a hands-on, high impact role where you’ll partner closely with leaders across multiple sites and services, providing expert ER and IR advice and managing a broad range of end-to-end case work in a complex aged care environment.
Joining a large, purpose driven not for profit with a national footprint, you’ll be part of a collaborative ER Services team which includes in house specialists and legal counsel to support complex matters. As part of the People & Culture team, you’ll work closely with other P&C portfolios to deliver on our people strategy objectives. If you enjoy working at pace, thrive on case management, and are passionate about supporting leaders to navigate people challenges while delivering quality care outcomes, this role offers scale, challenge and genuine purpose.
