All about the role:

Through leadership and coaching you will drive and foster a culture of continuous improvement through the implementation of the Electrolux Manufacturing System (EMS) with respect to employees, processes, equipment and tooling as applied in the Adelaide Manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

• Drive continuous improvement across the site using frontline coaching and training of the of the EMS principles and tools.

• Champion the Electrolux Manufacturing System throughout the Adelaide Manufacturing site to impact and improve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and people development towards an improving Site EMS Certification including identifying areas of improvement and implementing actions to address these

• Co-ordinate and provide necessary coaching for cross functional CIP teams across the site

• Carry out assessments, and any required support, of personnel with regard to Yellow, Green and Blue gear achievements

• Providing regular updates to Adelaide Manufacturing team on EMS status, actions and current projects by the chairing the EMS Steering committee

• Conduct EMS audits across the site and assist in Asia Pacific Regional EMS audits

• Strong knowledge in manufacturing and continuous improvement principle

Where you’ll be:

You will be based at Adelaide Manufacturing, South Australia. It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling.
