What you’ll do 

Lead design, delivery and operation of APIs, identity, integration and DevOps
Set and uphold engineering standards across architecture, quality and release practices
Drive smart technical decisions across build, buy, integrate and retire
Champion AI-first engineering across development, testing and operations
Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing team while ensuring reliable platform delivery

What you’ll bring 

Proven ability to coach and uplift senior engineers and teams
Stakeholder influence and ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Strong engineering leadership delivering complex, multi-system solutions
Deep technical breadth across APIs, DevOps, integration and identity platforms
Sound architectural judgement with a pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset
