About the Role
Step into a pivotal role where you'll champion family engagement, streamline enrolment processes, and help make every child’s transition into our programs seamless and joyful. Plus, you'll get to showcase your flair for marketing and promotions, driving awareness and excitement for the centres you support.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for all enrolment, fee, and program enquiries for families.
• Manage enrolment forms and keep child records accurate and up to date.
• Maintain waiting lists with precision and care.
• Ensure databases and information systems are always current and accurate.
• Train centre leadership teams on tour practices and develop guides to highlight the unique offerings of our facilities.
• Organise and participate in exciting events such as open days, market stalls, and shopping centre activations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to craft engaging promotional materials, from eye-catching brochures to digital campaigns.
What You'll Bring
• A qualification in business administration, marketing, or a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Proven experience in childcare enrolments and administration.
• Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and licensing requirements.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and childcare management software like Kidsoft.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a warm, professional phone manner.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to a variety of audiences.
• Top-notch organisational skills, attention to detail, and a knack for time management.
• The ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
