About the Role

As a Captain, you will:  

• Take full command and responsibility for the safe, efficient operation of each flight.  

• Lead by example, ensuring service standards consistently exceed expectations.  

• Execute duties specified in our Operations Manuals with precision and professionalism


• Maintain schedule integrity while upholding the highest safety standards.


• Apply advanced Non-Technical Skills (NTS) to foster teamwork and operational success.  

About You
 

We’re seeking Captains who are collaborative, thrive on teamwork, appreciate the value you can add in a leadership role, and excel in a dynamic environment. To be successful, you will need:  

Qualifications:
 A current ATPL issued by the NZ Civil Aviation Authority or the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia, with eligibility for a New Zealand ATPL under the TTMRA between New Zealand and Australia.  

A Type Rating on the B737NG (Not the B737-MAX), with recent experience on the type (within the last 5 years) including:  

• 6,000 hours Total Time  

• 3,000 hours on Multi-Pilot Aircraft (MPA)  

• 1,000 hours PIC on B737NG type, or  

• 2,000 hours PIC on types over 50 tonnes MTOW.  

Location Flexibility: 

Currently residing or be willing to relocate to Darwin permanently.
