Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo is growing, and we're building our team for both our current operations and exciting future opportunities, including the highly anticipated Serengeti Resort opening in 2027.

About the Role

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all guest touchpoints, including ticketing, accommodation, retail, food and beverage, and guest services.


• Create engaging and memorable experiences that inspire our guests and encourage repeat visitation.


• Maintain high standards of presentation across public areas, accommodation facilities, and visitor spaces.


• Comply with organisational policies, sustainability practices and Work Health & Safety requirements.


• Promote Taronga's conservation, education and community messages through positive guest interactions.


• Work collaboratively across teams to support operational needs during peak visitation periods and future expansion projects.

About You

We're looking for people who have:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.


• A friendly, positive and can-do attitude.


• Adaptability and flexibility to work across different operational areas when required.


• A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.


• Flexibility to work a variety of rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.


• The ability to complete all role-specific employment checks, including obtaining and maintaining relevant certifications and clearances where required.
