EOI - Food and Beverage Attendant

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering polished, high-quality service. Ideally, you come from a corporate hospitality, functions, or premium service background and understand the expectations of high-end events. We are seeking casuals to work across our hospitality operations at UniBar and Aspire.

You will also demonstrate strong, hands-on service skills, including:

• Plate carrying (3-plate carry preferred) and efficient clearing techniques 
• Tray service for beverages and canapés 
• Table setting and resetting to a high standard (silver service experience highly regarded) 
• Food and beverage running, including accurate order delivery 
• Basic wine knowledge, including opening, pouring, and service etiquette 
• Barista skills or bar service experience (desirable) 
• Ability to read a room and anticipate guest needs 
• Strong communication with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth service flow

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate 
• Experience in corporate hospitality, events, bar service, or live music environments 
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet during busy or complex events 
• Confidence working in fast-paced, high-volume settings 
• A solid understanding of WHS practices and food safety standards 
• Experience handling POS transactions and cash with accuracy 
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
