This role supports our Mortgage Brokers by managing lending administration, coordinating documentation, supporting loan applications through to settlement, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

• Experience in mortgage broking, lending, banking, or home finance administration 

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills 

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational capability 

• Knowledge of loan processing, compliance requirements, and lender platforms 

• A passion for helping customers achieve their home ownership goals
