The Role

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of corporate events, from small client meetings to large-scale functions
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including venues, suppliers, budgets, and timelines
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee on-the-day event operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Track event performance and provide post-event reporting and insights
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experiences and client engagement

About You

• Proven experience in event coordination, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional after-hours event commitments
• Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and continuously improving outcomes

This is a hybrid position.
