Customer Administration Coordinator – e-Waste & ITAD – Support sustainable solutions and exceptional customer experiences with a growing national business!

Shred-X is looking for an organised and proactive Customer Administration Coordinator to support our growing e-Waste & ITAD division through outstanding customer service, operational support, and efficient administration.

We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented individual who can manage customer enquiries, service bookings, reporting, and e-commerce operations while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and online communication for e-Waste & ITAD services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, bookings, and service requests nationally.
- Coordinate e-Waste and IT asset collection bookings and maintain accurate operational records.
- Manage e-commerce listings, customer enquiries, online sales, and order fulfilment activities.
- Prepare invoices, maintain asset movement records, and support accurate operational reporting.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports for managers, customers, and third-party partners.
- Liaise closely with Operations, Sales, Accounts, Production, and IT teams to support smooth service delivery.
- Assist with account management activities and support customer retention initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and enhanced customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate data entry and utilise ERP/CRM systems effectively.
- Participate in projects, toolbox meetings, safety initiatives, and training activities as required.
- Promote safe work practices and support Shred-X’s commitment to sustainability, safety, and environmental responsibility.
- Assist with general administration and provide team support where required.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, logistics, e-commerce, or IT asset management.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting, data entry, and administration.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving capability with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
- Experience using ERP and/or CRM systems.
- A reliable, adaptable, and professional attitude with strong teamwork skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer service, efficiency, and operational outcomes.
- Experience within e-Waste, ITAD, recycling, or technology asset management industries (desirable).
