The role


 


An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to our Dispute Resolution team.  This full‑time, permanent role supports a collaborative team and plays an important role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.


 


Some of your responsibilities will include:


 



  • Proactive diary and inbox management

  • Coordinating meetings and organising travel

  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to build strong working relationships

  • Drafting correspondence, document preparation and amendments

  • Matter and file management (opening and closing matters, maintaining electronic and physical filing)

  • Client billing and reporting

  • Reconciliation of corporate expenses

  • General administrative and ad hoc tasks as required


 


What you need


 


To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role and demonstrate:


 



  • 2+ years legal secretarial experience (ideally in litigation)

  • Strong organisational skills

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

  • An understanding of billing and financial systems

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team

  • The ability to build positive working relationships

  • A proactive mindset and demonstrated initiative
