Executive Assistant role - Insurance & Financial Services (Sydney CBD)

We're partnering with a well-established insurance and financial services organisation to recruit a full-time Executive Assistant on a 13-14 month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. Based in Sydney CBD, this role will support a group of highly regarded executives within a collaborative, high-performing business.

The Role Supporting multiple senior executives, your responsibilities will include:
Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
Preparing presentations, reports, board papers, and business documentation to a high professional standard
Coordinating domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
Managing expenses and administrative processes
Coordinating team events, offsites, and stakeholder meetings
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting wider team initiatives and ad-hoc executive support requirements
Collaborating closely with other support staff to ensure seamless operations across the business
About You You're someone who:
Has proven experience supporting senior executives within financial services, insurance, banking, or professional services environments
Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Brings strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Is confident managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment
Has advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Is proactive, personable, and enjoys building strong working relationships
Brings a positive, solutions-focused mindset and strong professional maturity
