Job Description - Executive Assistant - Sydney (Manly)
Description
We are working alongside a senior executive and internationally active business operator who is looking for a sharp, experienced Executive Assistant to help run the operational and administrative engine of a fast-moving, multi-market business.
The portfolio spans Australia, Europe and beyond - across media, education, consulting, and corporate advisory. This role will support a genuinely global calendar and play a key part in keeping priorities moving across diary management, travel, stakeholder communication, content coordination, and business administration. Based in Manly, with occasional travel to Melbourne, this role will also require flexibility to work European hours when needed.

What you will be responsible for:
Manage the executive’s diary, inbox, and travel end to end.
Draft correspondence, reports, and briefing documents to a high standard.
Liaise with international partners, clients, and media contacts across time zones.
Handle business administration including expenses, invoicing, and supplier coordination.
Coordinate marketing and content workflows across platforms.
Support project management and keep key priorities moving.
Provide occasional personal and household administration support.
Travel to Melbourne occasionally to support meetings and engagements.
Requirements
Prior EA experience supporting senior managers or leaders.
Experience working across international markets or with global stakeholders highly regarded.
Ability and willingness to work European hours when required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Spanish and/or German language skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in media, consulting, education, or corporate advisory.
Exposure to supporting an internationally active principal or business owner.

Salary of $75,000 plus benefits.
Hybrid working and occasional Melbourne travel covered.
