Working closely with senior leaders, you will develop Consumer Finance strategy, support strategic planning and investment decisions, prepare executive-level communications, and help ensure our priorities remain aligned to broader business objectives. This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior stakeholders across Consumer Finance, Group Strategy and the wider Bank.

Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in the office

• Experience in Strategy, Business Management, Chief of Staff, Planning or Consulting environments.


• Strong Consumer Finance, Retail Banking or Credit Cards experience.


• Exceptional communication skills with experience preparing executive or board-level materials.


• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex business challenges into clear strategic recommendations.


• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership groups.

• Experience in Credit Cards, Consumer Lending or Consumer Finance.


• Exposure to Group Strategy, business planning or enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.


• A balance of strategic thinking and practical business experience, with the ability to connect strategy to commercial outcomes.
