The Role

We’re looking for an Experienced Civil & Drainage Engineer to join our Perth team, supporting the delivery of major transport and infrastructure projects, including Rail & Metro programs.

You will play a key role in delivering civil infrastructure and drainage design solutions across complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver drainage design for transport infrastructure projects, including rail corridors and stations
• Undertake civil infrastructure design, hydrology and hydraulic analysis, modelling, and design documentation
• Work closely with geotechnical, rail, and structural teams to integrate civil and drainage outcomes
• Support design development from concept through to detailed design and construction support
• Contribute to technical reports, design documentation, and client submissions
• Assist in mentoring junior engineers and supporting capability development

About You

• 6+ years experience delivering drainage and flooding solutions for major infrastructure projects
• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or related)
• Experience in drainage design within infrastructure projects (transport/rail highly regarded)
• Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g. 12D, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS or similar)
• Strong understanding of Australian drainage standards and design practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Effective communication and documentation skills
