Our team stands out for its collaborative approach: front-end and dispute resolution professionals work together from procurement through delivery, proactively mitigating risk and efficiently managing claims. Recent additions to our team, including infrastructure partner Adam Perl in Sydney and renowned construction litigator Peter Pether, further strengthen our leadership and expertise. Our national construction lawyers are industry specialists who partner closely with finance, environment & planning and property teams to deliver consistent, market-leading service.

Our diverse experience gives us unique insight into technical and commercial matters that drive negotiation and risk allocation. Our national front-end construction team is known for producing high-quality, project-specific documentation with legal rigour and realistic risk profiles, tailored to our clients’ needs. Our expertise covers every aspect of project procurement and delivery, including probity, governance, risk assessment, tendering, structuring, contract administration, and claims management.

Your Opportunity:
We are excited to invite experienced front-end infrastructure and construction Lawyers to join us in our Perth office, offering exposure to the full spectrum of front-end matters - both domestic and cross-border. Our integrated network means you’ll collaborate with talented professionals nationwide, positioning you at the forefront of significant deals and fostering valuable industry relationships.

Our front-end team in Perth specialises in advising on major projects in the energy and resources, infrastructure, and property development sectors. We advise both principals (private sector and government) and contractors, helping our clients navigate complex procurements and ensure the best outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from infrastructure and construction lawyers who have:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in front end construction and infrastructure matters
Ideally, we are seeking a range of seniority and senior applicants are encouraged to apply
Private practice experience with a reputable law firm, in Australia or internationally
Strong technical and drafting skills and openness to embedding AI tools into how they work
Proven ability to foster lasting relationships, including with clients, peers and industry experts
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset, with a passion for mentoring junior lawyers
Resilience and commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
