The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a facility based in Tenterfield. This role is responsible for achieving the organisationâs strategic priorities and goals and ensuring overall performance, capability, and sustainability. The Facility Manager is also expected to achieve organisational growth through strengthening and expanding existing services.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the functional responsibilities of this role include care governance, financial management, human resource management, sales and marketing, environmental services, and general administration.
It is essential that you understand the residential Aged Care environment and standards and have a high level of empathy and compassion for residents. This role is a permanent full-time position.

The Facility Manager is responsible for the below, but not limited to:
- Keeping residents engaged and enabling them to live their best life
- Leading and inspiring your team to deliver an outstanding resident experience
- Managing the budget and ensuring resources are used wisely
- Ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care
- Ensure that the residential service is managed in accordance with policies and procedures and in full compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards regulatory requirements
- Deliver strong financial sustainability
