They are currently seeking a Facility Manager who will play a pivotal role in coordinating the delivery of care that celebrates residents. Responsibilities:
Take the lead in ensuring the successful delivery of the Residential Aged Care Service, meeting targets, providing reports to funding bodies, and promptly identifying and reporting emergent risks to the General Manager of Aged Care Services.
Champion person-centered care, ensuring that all services meet clinical standards and comply with Quality and Safety accreditation requirements.
Conduct regular reviews of staffing levels, scope of practice, and rosters, while adhering to the agreed budget parameters and appropriate benchmarks.
Drive transformation projects aimed at addressing identified areas for improvement in financial performance.
Effectively respond to and resolve complaints and incidents in accordance with organizational and statutory requirements.
Stay updated on pending changes, trends, government policies, and best practices within the community services sector.
Requirements
Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or possess qualifications in Health Management.
Demonstrate 3-5 years of leadership/management experience in aged care.
Possess a strong working knowledge of clinical governance, Aged Care Standards, and ANACC.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders, including employees, residents, and families.
Show proficiency in relationship development, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Display strong management abilities, encompassing financial, human resource, risk, compliance, and quality aspects.
