About the Role

As a Facility Support Officer, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This hands-on role combines customer service, sales support, administration, and facility presentation, ensuring every customer has a positive experience with Wilson Storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing customers


• Support sales activities and contribute to facility performance targets


• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the facility, including Business Hub services


• Manage customer enquiries, bookings, and administrative tasks


• Maintain high presentation standards across the facility


• Build strong relationships with customers and local businesses


• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers

Skills & Experience

We're looking for people who enjoy working with customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in any of the following areas will be highly regarded:

• Customer service


• Retail and sales


• Bulky goods retail


• Logistics and warehousing


• Self-storage operations


• Small business administration
