Factory Sorter

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Operator to support our production facility at our Arndell Park branch in New South Wales.

Working as part of a close-knit team, this role is focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production environment while supporting day-to-day operational activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, practical work and is looking to build experience within a growing national business in the healthcare and environmental services industry.

What you will do

• Wash and sanitise 240L and 660L bins to company hygiene and quality standards


• Remove clinical waste from containers and bins while following all safety, environmental, and compliance requirements


• Correctly use and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, steel-cap gum boots, and other safety equipment as required.


• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across the production facility


• Empty, transport, and stack container bins safely and efficiently


• Ensure all stock is returned to the correct locations


• Assist with unloading and reloading trucks and containers


• Operate plant and equipment in accordance with company standards


• Conduct quality checks to ensure operational compliance


• Support general production and operational tasks as required

• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling tasks


• Ability to work independently and within a team environment


• Willingness to work varied and sometimes early start times


• Strong work ethic with attention to detail

• Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
