We are currently seeking a professional and relationship-focused Family Care Officer to join our NSC team in Nundah.

About the Role

As a Family Care Officer, you will be the first point of contact for families, supporting enrolments, managing enquiries and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound and outbound enquiries from families

• Guiding families through the enrolment and onboarding process

• Building strong, trusting relationships with prospective and existing families

• Maintaining accurate records and data within internal systems

• Supporting occupancy growth across services

• Liaising with Centre Directors and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless family journey

• Ensuring compliance with relevant childcare regulations and company policies

This role suits someone who is highly organised, people-focused and passionate about supporting families in their early learning journey.

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience in a customer service, enrolments, administration or family support role

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• A positive, solutions-focused mindset

• A valid Blue Card (Working With Children Check – QLD) or willingness to obtain

Experience within the Early Childhood Education and Care sector is highly regarded but not essential.
