About the Role

Duties

• Responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through the effective management of F&B reservations, event coordination, guest communication, and administrative support.


• Supports the smooth operation of Food & Beverage outlets by managing reservation systems, coordinating social events, responding to guest enquiries, and ensuring all guest interactions reflect the highest standards of luxury service.


• The position works closely with F&B outlet leaders, culinary teams, and event stakeholders to ensure seamless planning and execution of guest experiences.

Skills & Experience

• Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)


• I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth) 


• Passion for customer service


• Unrestricted working rights for Australia
