Field Service Technician

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Gladstone, QLD, on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in maintaining our onsite assets at customer locations. With a wide range of equipment to work on—access equipment, compaction tools, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps, and more—this role promises variety and challenge.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting mechanical inspections, servicing, and repairs in the field (and workshop, as needed).


• Logging jobs in our service module and completing all required paperwork daily.


• Monitoring and recording parts usage.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone with a positive attitude, a commitment to safety, and the following skills and qualifications:

• A recognised mechanical trade qualification.


• A current driver’s license.


• Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving abilities.


• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.


• The ability to work independently in the field.


• Willingness to participate in an on-call roster.
