We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing finance team and support two key business units. This is an outstanding opportunity for a 5–7 year experienced professional ready to step up, deepen their strategic impact, and work closely with senior leaders.
Reporting to the Finance Business Partnering Manager, you’ll go beyond the numbers—delivering insights, influencing decisions, and helping shape the future direction of the business.

Key responsibilities:
Business Partnering & Commercial Insight
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and act as a trusted advisor
- Support stakeholders to develop a strong commercial mindset
- Deliver scenario modelling and financial insights to guide key strategic decisions
- Present clear, impactful financial narratives to senior leadership
Reporting, Analysis & Performance Management
- Lead monthly reporting, performance analysis, and end-of-month processes
- Provide high-quality insights and commentary on business performance
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting (Power BI focus)
• Translate complex financial data into meaningful, actionable insight
Planning & Forecasting
- Support and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning cycles
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform business strategy
Continuous Improvement & Projects
- Drive improvements in reporting, systems, and processes
- Contribute to key finance and business initiatives alongside senior leadership
About You
- CA/CPA qualified (essential)
- 5–7 years’ experience in a Finance Business Partnering or similar role
- Strong experience in performance reporting and month-end processes
- Advanced skills in Excel, with working knowledge of Power BI and Dynamics
- Confident presenter with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Naturally curious, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Strong communication skills - able to simplify complex financial conceptsHigh attention to detail with a commercially minded approach
