• Lead the finance function by managing daily operations, overseeing month-end processes, and ensuring accurate financial records across all entities.
• Deliver timely management reporting, financial analysis, and insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A activities, including monitoring performance against targets and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Manage cash flow, payroll, taxation obligations, and regulatory compliance, ensuring strong internal controls and risk management.
• Enhance financial systems, streamline processes, and support commercial initiatives and ad-hoc projects to improve efficiency and business performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience leading a finance function with strong capability in month-end processes, financial accuracy, and multi-entity oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a high-performing team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Advanced skills in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with the ability to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Strong technical knowledge across cash flow management, payroll, taxation compliance, and internal controls.
• A track record of driving process improvements, optimising financial systems, and supporting commercial initiatives to lift operational performance.
