This full-time role focuses on pre-planning, fleet allocation, and compliance monitoring for our local PUD fleet.

The Opportunity:
- Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:06 PM
- Process-driven environment that allows you to focus on delivering high-quality services.
- Coordinate and optimize our PUD Fleet (including sub-contractors) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Strategically schedule, allocate, monitor, and review fleet runs to meet customer expectations and maximize resource utilization.
- Utilize your analytical skills to forecast resource needs and continuously improve fleet performance.
- Build strong relationships through clear, effective communication with customers and the PUD team.
- Ensure timely fault reporting and resolution, along with maintaining pallet control and compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong computer skills to manage scheduling, tracking and fleet systems efficiently.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Fleet Controller or similar role in the transport industry.
- A natural a solutions-focused thinker who thrives on overcoming challenges and finding opportunities for improvement.
- A careful and independent thinker who can balance collaborative teamwork with self-driven accountability.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
