• Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, guide and support the team, and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint.
• The composure to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while fostering a positive team culture that motivates and inspires others.
• A genuine passion for food and beverage, with a natural ability to engage guests by sharing memorable dining experiences and stories.

• Proven experience leading and developing Food & Beverage teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
• Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Sound understanding of the local dining and hospitality market, with experience leveraging marketing initiatives to drive guest engagement and business performance.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to efficiently manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining consistently high standards of service and presentation.
