Food & Beverage Team Leader

Position Summary:

• Providing a warm, personalized welcome to every guest, ensuring an elevated and memorable experience.


• Hosting (breakfast), coordinating and managing table reservations, optimizing floor plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Collaborate seamlessly with the service team to ensure flawless execution of our luxury service standards.


• Assist in the planning and coordination of special events and group bookings, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand's commitment to excellence


• Perform administrative duties, including updating reservation systems, generating reports, and managing guest communications with the utmost professionalism. 


• Complete opening and closing duties as necessary, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. 


• Communicate information to manager/supervisor by documenting pertinent information in appropriate department. 


• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests. 


• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to appropriate department or contact directly for urgent repairs. 


• Report any employee, guest, and/or vendor incidents and accidents to management and Loss Prevention at the time of the incident and/or accident. 


• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you go procedures.
