Job Description - Forklift Drivers




We currently have vacancies for experienced, reliable and committed Forklift Drivers who is looking for ongoing work at Yandina.








Grab forklift experience an advantage









Our client is a leading Australian wide printing company located in Yandina and are looking for reliable and experienced forklift drivers to join their team. 








Duties will include: 




  • Maintaining and adhering to safe work policies and procedures


  • Loading and Unloading trucks


  • Assisting with daily paper store production requirements


  • Completion of paperwork eg. checking off products on list and recording time, date, quantity etc


  • Wrapping, labelling and general housekeeping duties


  • Multi tasking and prioritising workload


  • Reel Stripping












Requirements




To be successful in this position you will:




  • Hold a current LF licence with a minimum 5 years experience (Grab experience an advantage)


  • Have excellent time management skills & attention to detail 


  • Have strong communication skills


  • A strong safety focus as well as a strong focus on quality of work


  • Be able to work autonomously and meet deadlines


  • Be self-motivated and able to commit to ongoing work

Requirements

















  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kgs



  • Impeccable attention to detail and high level accuracy



  • Great communications skills



  • Be able to follow instructions both written and verbal



  • Own transport preferred but not essential



  • Enthusiastic and Energetic



  • Ability to work to strict KPI's and cut-off times



  • Show Initiative and be a team player
