FT Dentist to take over busy books - Maryborough- QLD

This position is in Maryborough, along the coast of Queensland and is a 3 hour drive from Brisbane. Fraser Coast Airport also has non- stop flights including to Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane. The clinic has been one of the oldest and well known in the town with a very loyal patient base.

You will be taking over busy books of the current Dentist who is relocating overseas due to family reasons.

We are a busy and growing dental practice with modern equipment in our surgeries and the support of staff who understand the importance of providing busy books for the dentist to thrive. You will have all of the equipment available to provide patients with all range of treatments including wisdom teeth extractions, dentures, implant placement & modern brand new Digital Scanners too. You will have the support of confident, skilled dental assistants who are trained in a multitude of procedures. Our team is positive and supportive, allowing you to feel confident in giving your patients the care they deserve. We are open to flexible working hours & days if that's a requirement to gain work/life balance.

We strive at delivering an excellent experience to our Patients as we believe in building reputation and books. We will provide every support we could as far as you provide good dental service and treatment plan.

Clinical Freedom is guaranteed to help the Dentist to excel in their Treatment Delivery skills. Mentoring can be organized if necessary. 

We will guarantee busy books and a guaranteed retainer per year as well, you will take home 40% off the gross fees after deducting lab fees, which ever is higher.

If you would like a salary option, we can discuss that too. If on salary we can also include CPD package with it. We can also allow you to be a part of our mentoring program where you are given personal mentoring sessions by professionals in the industry on developing communication, billing too which will go long way in providing strong footing in the development.

Conditions applying to the upfront sign up bonus will be discussed at the time of interview.

We will guarantee full books or a minimum retainer per year if goals not met.
 

Accommodation will be organized for the first 1 month at no cost to you and we can help towards relocation as well.

• Current APHRA registration and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Confident, willingness to learn and committed to providing good care to your patients.
• Reliable professional attitude
• Strong communication skills and thorough treatment planning could be an added benifit.
• Freshers with confidence on providing all range of treatments can also apply
• ADC candidates are welcome to apply. Sponsorship can be organized if required.
