About the Role

TMGM is seeking a Global Partnerships Advisor to support the development and execution of sponsorship and partnership marketing activities across international markets.

This position is required to manage and support global brand partnerships, deliver marketing campaigns, and assist in the coordination of sponsorship-related initiatives to support business growth and brand objectives. Your role will involve the following:

• Support the development and execution of global sponsorship and partnership marketing activities to promote brand awareness and business growth
• Assist in managing the delivery of partnership campaigns and marketing initiatives across international markets
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the execution of marketing campaigns and partnership activities
• Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, event, and other marketing channels
• Assist in the adaptation of global marketing campaigns for regional and local market execution
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide basic insights for improvement
• Support the preparation of marketing materials and co-branded content in collaboration with internal teams
• Assist in market research and campaign analysis to identify opportunities for improved marketing outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience; experience in a similar industry will be highly regarded
• Strong ability to support the execution of marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives across multiple channels
• Good understanding of stakeholder coordination and ability to work effectively with internal and external parties
• Ability to assist in campaign performance tracking and basic data analysis to support reporting and decision-making
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in international or cross-functional teams will be considered an advantage

What We Offer

• Salary range would be AUD 75,000 -85,000 for a full-time-based position
