In this role, you will manage a portfolio of payroll clients, delivering accurate and timely payroll processing, tax and statistical compliance, online banking, and consulting services for both international and local companies.\n\nYou will work under supervision of experienced payroll team members that supports them with payroll-related compliance and consulting inquiries and constantly improves processes and drive operational excellence.\n\n## Key Responsibilities\n\n * Perform accurate monthly payroll calculations for all employee types (office, rotation, and shift), including vacation, sick leave, and terminations.\n\n * Prepare and release pay slips.\n\n * Ensure tax and statistical compliance, including reporting and maintaining registers.\n\n * Prepare and process payment orders (SWIFT, online banking).\n\n * Monitor tax, labor legislation; prepare news alerts and deliver webinars on payroll topics.\n\n * Handle billing to clients and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.\n\n * Analyze compensation data and assess taxability under various tax scenarios.\n\n * Serve as the primary point of contact with tax authorities, addressing inquiries and compliance issues.\n\n * Help payroll colleagues to automate and improve existing processes.\n\n * Support other payroll-related activities as required.\n\n\n\n\n## \n\n## Qualifications \u0026 Requirements\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (school-leavers with strong potential are also welcome)\n\n * Prior internship or work experience in payroll, finance, or a related area is advantageous\n\n * Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail\n\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders\n\n * Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility\n\n\n\n\n## Why Join Us\n\n * Opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment.\n\n * Hybrid work model with flexible hours.\n\n * Chance to contribute to process improvements and innovation in global payroll operations.\n\n * Professional development and growth opportunities.\n\n\n\n
