Requirements

• Possess an administrative background relevant to the facilities / construction industry.
  


• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a facilities management or aged care organisation, over a minimum period of two (2) years.
  


• Applied knowledge of trade service requirements for facilities management.
  


• Applied knowledge of relevant building legislation and compliance requirements
  


• Experience in auditing maintenance systems in facilities management environment.
  


• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
  


• Notable communication skills to comfortably liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  


• Strong attention to detail.
