Grade 2 Occupational Therapist

Migration Square is inviting applications
from suitable Grade 2 Occupational Therapists interested in an
employment -linked allied health opportunity in regional Victoria.

This role is suited to an experienced
Occupational Therapist with strong acute or sub -acute hospital experience. The
successful candidate will support patient -centred care through functional
assessment, intervention planning, equipment prescription, environmental
assessment, discharge planning, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary
healthcare team.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  
• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, or
  eligibility and ability to obtain AHPRA registration before commencement.
  
• Minimum 5 years of relevant occupational therapy experience.
  
• Must be living and working in the UK, Canada, or New Zealand
  and have been living/working there for a minimum of 5 years to apply.
  
• Strong acute or sub -acute hospital experience.
  
• Experience in functional assessment, therapeutic goal setting,
  intervention planning, equipment prescription, environmental assessment,
  and discharge planning.
  
• Strong English communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a
  multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing
  clinical priorities.
  
• Positive, professional, flexible, and patient -focused approach.
  
• Willingness to complete required pre -employment checks and
  compliance requirements before commencement.
