An opportunity to step into a highly visible senior leadership role with one of South Australia’s long-standing aged care providers. As our Group Manager, Residential Services, you’ll lead a portfolio of residential aged care homes across metropolitan and regional South Australia, shaping the way care is delivered, leaders are supported and services continue to grow and improve.
Reporting to the Head of Residential Operations, you’ll guide and support Residential Service Managers, strengthen operational and clinical performance, and help create environments where residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care and teams feel confident to do their best work.
You’ll have the scope to influence strategy, lift capability, lead meaningful change and see the impact of your work across multiple homes. It’s a role for someone who can balance commercial discipline with compassion, build trust quickly and bring people together around a shared commitment to better outcomes for older people.
