Fetch is how modern pet parents give their pets the best care 🐶🐱. One pink app 🩷 for insurance, health, and care – easy, fair, and kinda fun. We've raised our Series A from Lightspeed and Airtree, customers love us (rated #1 by Choice Magazine), 4.9⭐️ reviews, and we're growing FAST.

We're looking for someone who thinks in systems to grow Fetch. Not just someone who ships experiments – someone who builds machines that run experiments. You'll design growth loops, wire up agents that compound your output, and create things so good people can't help but share them. You're bold, creative, and you'd rather ship something brave that fails than something safe nobody notices.

• Location: Sydney (Hybrid – Tue/Wed/Thu in-office)

• Compensation: Series A salary + meaningful equity

• Tooling: Cursor, Claude Code, Next.js, Tailwind, n8n, Make – whatever you need to ship fast, no token limits

🚀 What you'll do

• Build growth systems that compound

• Design and ship web experiences with real taste – landing pages, comparison tools, referral flows, onboarding funnels

• Turn real customer insights (questions, objections, reviews) into scalable acquisition systems
  

🏆 What great looks like

In 90 days you'll have multiple growth systems running autonomously – referral loops with tracking, agents generating and QA-ing pages, experiments shipping weekly. You'll have shipped a string of experiments.

🧠 What we're looking for

Must-haves:

• Systems thinker who builds with AI. You see the loop, not just the page. You build agents, automations, and workflows that run without you – this is core to how you work, not a nice-to-have

• Taste and creative boldness. You've built things that look and feel exceptional. You take swings, find non-obvious angles, and you'd rather try something weird that might 10x than optimise a button colour

• Frontend skills. You can build in React/Next.js and Tailwind. You go from idea to live page in a day

• Experiment discipline. You measure everything, you ship fast, and you can show before/after results

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience building programmatic page systems at scale

• SEO or AEO experience

• Analytics platforms – PostHog, GA4, Hex, or similar

• A/B testing and experimentation platforms
