HC Tipper Driver | Melbourne

We’re expanding our Melbourne Metropolitan operations and are looking for reliable, safety‑focused HC and MC Tipper Drivers to deliver quarry products across Metro Melbourne, surrounding suburbs, and the occasional regional Victorian run.

What You’ll Do

• Operate reliable, well‑maintained truck and dog tipper combinations

• Load and deliver quarry products to major infrastructure and commercial projects

• Work across several internal HMA networks and the once‑in‑a‑lifetime jobs shaping Melbourne’s growth and renewal

• Enjoy steady hours, competitive pay, and consistent, year‑round work
   

What You Need

• Current HC or MC licence

• Experience driving tipper trucks

• White Card (or willing to obtain)

• Pride in workmanship and truck presentation

• Ability to problem‑solve and contribute to team outcomes

• Safety-first mindset and understanding of CoR and Standard Fatigue Hours

• FEL ticket and basic mechanical understanding are an advantage (not essential)
   

What We Offer

• Permanent full-time role with regular overtime

• Monday to Friday, early starts + Saturday availability required

• $34.75 per hour base training rate + allowances + super

• Overtime as per EBA:

  • First 2 hours at time and a half

  • After that, double time until end of shift
     

• Daily meal allowance of $18.09 (tax-free), plus a second after 10 hours

• All uniforms, boots, and PPE supplied

• Weekly pay
