We're currently seeking Head Chefs to join our regional Queensland operations. Working in a busy village environment, you'll provide quality meals that help keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently.

The Role

• Lead a high-performing kitchen team in a bulk catering environment
• Oversee meal production across breakfast, crib and dinner services
• Manage food safety, HACCP and quality standards
• Monitor kitchen budgets, food costs and operational performance
• Develop and mentor team members
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships

These are FIFO/BIBO roles from Brisbane on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days. Casual opportunities are available with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.

About You

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
• FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience desirable but not essential
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
• Full Australian working rights
