This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible senior leadership role with one of South Australia’s most trusted aged care providers. As our Head of Home Care Operations, you’ll lead Helping Hand’s home care portfolio across metropolitan and regional South Australia, supporting high-quality, safe, client-centred, compliant and financially sustainable services.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and working as part of the Operations Leadership Team, you’ll lead senior leaders across care management, customer engagement, clinical and non-clinical care and services, and quality and excellence.
You’ll translate strategy into action, lead the portfolio to adapt to aged care reform and strengthen the reliability and scalability of home care services. Your leadership will improve client outcomes, workforce capability, productivity, financial sustainability and growth.
