Head of Program Delivery

We’re
looking for an experienced Program Delivery leader to own how Mivada manages
programs of work — for our clients and for ourselves — and to build the program
delivery practice that takes us to the next stage of growth.

This is a
Leadership Team role. You’ll lead our Project Management, Business Analysis and
Test Management streams; set the methodology and governance that underpin every
engagement we run; and act as the senior leadership voice across the business —
working alongside the Heads of our technology practices to make sure the right
people are on the right work at the right time.

It’s a build
role. You’ll inherit a delivery team and a portfolio of meaningful client work
— enterprise ERP implementations, data and AI platforms, technology
transformation programs — and shape what the practice becomes.

What
you’ll do

•    
Set the delivery standard for Mivada — methodology, governance, quality and the
project management craft that runs through every engagement.

•    
Lead three streams: Project Management, Business Analysis and Test Management.
Build the capability, the career paths and the culture.

•    
Act as senior delivery sponsor on our largest and most complex client programs,
working directly with client executives where it matters.

•    
Partner with the Heads of our technology practices to plan capacity, broker
resources and surface where we need to grow.

•    
Contribute the delivery lens to client proposals and Statements of Work —
making sure what we sell is what we can deliver.

•    
Provide governance and oversight of Mivada’s internal change portfolio.

•    
Sit on Mivada’s Leadership Team, contributing to strategy and shaping how
Mivada grows.

Requirements

What
we’re looking for

•    
Significant experience leading complex technology program delivery in a
consulting or professional services environment.

•    
A track record of delivering large -scale enterprise technology implementations
end -to -end — ERP, data platforms, cloud or comparable.

•    
Experience leading or overseeing project management, business analysis and test
management as integrated disciplines.

•    
Strong commercial acumen — you understand margin, utilisation, change control
and the economics of professional services.

•    
Confidence in front of client executives and the credibility to navigate scope,
change and tough conversations well.

•    
Proven people leadership at scale — building capability, coaching, developing
careers and creating culture.

•    
Ability to operate strategically while staying close enough to the work to spot
risk early.

•    
Experience delivering Workday ERP, data, analytics or AI platform programs.

•    
PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe or equivalent program management certifications.

•    
Experience building or maturing a delivery practice or PMO.
