Through engineering innovation, collaborative contracting and leading sustainability practices we’re unlocking opportunities for a better tomorrow.

About the role

DT Infrastructure is seeking a proactive and highly organised Health & Safety Administrator to support the delivery of the Smoky Creek and Guthries Gap Solar Power Station Projects in the Rockhampton region.

This role plays a key part in supporting the Health & Safety team to drive strong safety performance, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate HSE systems and reporting across site operations.

You will contribute to fostering a strong safety culture while supporting day-to-day administrative functions, injury management processes, and compliance activities across a major renewable energy project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HSE administrative support across site operations, including accurate data entry and reporting in INX InControl.

  • Maintain HSE records including inspections, observations, toolbox talks, audits, and drug & alcohol testing records.

  • Support injury management and workers compensation processes, including coordination of return-to-work activities.

  • Assist with site safety initiatives including meetings, risk workshops, audits, and corrective action tracking.

  • Contribute to monthly reporting requirements including environmental and sustainability data inputs (e.g. NGER reporting).

About you

  • Previous experience in an administrative, HSE support or civil construction project environment.

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning systems such as INX InControl or similar platforms.

  • Understanding of WHS principles and/or workers compensation processes.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across site teams and stakeholders.
