At Amplar Health, we’re transforming healthcare from reactive to proactive — helping older Australians stay independent, active, and thriving. As a Healthy Ageing Coach, you’ll play a key role in delivering personalised health and wellbeing support that empowers residents to make confident, informed choices about their health. 

What you’ll do 

• Deliver virtual health coaching (phone & video) using motivational interviewing 


• Partner with residents to create personalised Healthy Ageing plans 


• Identify risks early and connect people to the right preventative services 


• Build strong relationships with retirement village communities and partners 


• Lead engaging info sessions and help shape vibrant, wellbeing-focused communities 


• Use data and insights to continuously improve the program experience 

About you:

• Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist (AHPRA/ESSA) 


• 2+ years’ clinical experience in healthcare or aged care 


• Skilled in coaching, communication and relationship-building 


• Passionate about preventative health and supporting older Australians 


• Feel comfortable and supported working from home with some onsite visits to mix up your week. 


• Comfortable working autonomously in a flexible, evolving environment
