Reporting directly to and working with the Salvos Home Care General Manager, the Home Care Manager will work to further develop our Support at Home Services in Adelaide, South Australia. Goals, timelines, and budgets are developed and implemented to achieve client outcomes while developing allied health and home care services in accordance with the Salvos Home Care strategic plan.
Our Home Care services provide care and support to elderly people to assist them to remain living independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead an established Home Care service. As a key player in a growth industry, this position promises a rewarding and challenging career for an experienced Manager who is committed to enhancing the quality of in-home aged care services to older Australians.
