Your application will only progress if you can commit to 24/7 Availability and are open to working over night shifts.

About the Role

• Clean, service and prepare guest rooms, corridors and service areas in line with Crown’s high brand and quality standards
• Deliver a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for all hotel guests through professional and attentive service
• Accurately complete daily worksheets, report maintenance issues, and manage lost property in line with procedures
• Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of all assigned duties

About You

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a customer service environment (hotel experience highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently meet high cleanliness and presentation standards
• A reliable and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service

Additional Information

• Must be physically capable of performing manual handling tasks associated with the role
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
