Your New Role
As the HR Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing high-level HR guidance and partnering on a range of people matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering strategic and operational HR advice to managers across the business
• Leading or supporting ER/IR matters, including performance management and investigations
• Advising on organisational change, workforce planning, and capability development
• Overseeing employee lifecycle processes and ensuring compliance with legislation and policy
• Developing HR frameworks, policies, and documentation
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to HR projects

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Demonstrated experience in an HR Consultant or senior HR generalist role
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
• Confidence in managing ER issues and guiding leaders through complex people matters
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to balance strategic insight with hands-on operational support
