Due to continued growth and workforce expansion, an opportunity exists for a People & Culture Advisor to join a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation based in Wollongong.As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will provide high-quality, end-to-end HR support across the employee life cycle. Working closely with leaders and managers, you'll deliver practical, contemporary people solutions that support workforce capability and a positive, high-performing culture. Salary up to 95k plus super and one day working from home per week.
Your new role

• Providing generalist HR advice across employee relations, contracts and workforce matters
• Managing high-volume contract generation and workforce administration
• Interpreting Awards, employment legislation and internal frameworks
• Supporting performance, employee relations and compliance matters
• Partnering with stakeholders across a complex, multi-site environment
• Contributing to HR initiatives, policy improvements and process enhancements

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (or working towards)
• Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR / P&C role
• Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act, employment legislation and Awards
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
• Experience with contracts and HR operations
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
